About This Programme

The Creative Leadership Programme is TESA's flagship 8-week mentorship experience. Designed for emerging creatives with demonstrable passion and potential, it pairs participants with experienced industry mentors for a journey of professional and personal growth.

Requirements

18+ years old with a passion for creative industries

Foundations — Understanding your creative identity and leadership style

Week 3-4

Strategy — Building a creative business plan and portfolio

Week 5-6

Execution — Project management, collaboration, and mentee-led workshops

Presentation — Final showcase, feedback, and certification readiness
